Tastings & Experiences

Francis Ford Coppola Winery Too brings to life the stories, people, and history behind three distinctive wineries. This includes the Coppola family legacy of Francis Ford Coppola Winery, the 400-year history and mythology behind Virginia Dare Winery, and the homage to the scientific achievements behind Domaine de Broglie. Francis Ford Coppola Winery Too is pleased to announce that we are open for seated outdoor wine tastings and table service.

Join us for a safe and socially distanced tasting experience.  We have taken all the precautions so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy our unique and adventurous wine experiences, seated outdoors on our covered terrace overlooking the Alexander Valley.

Check-in for tasting reservations will be at our host stand and all tastings and table service will be by seated, outdoor table service only. We will be limiting the number of guests at any given time in our Hospitality Center to ensure adherence to social distancing practices and during this time, due to state and local guidelines regarding party size, we ask you limit your party to ten guests or fewer. We may be unable to seat your entire party at one table and may need to stagger your appointment times. During your tasting, we cannot allow you to move between tables.

We are unable to host your tasting at our indoor tasting bars during this time. Please note that our barrel room viewing space will not be open.

All guests agree to follow all safety protocols and precautions required by the winery. All guests acknowledge their obligation to enter the winery premises only if they are experiencing no COVID-19 symptoms identified by the Centers for Disease Control and the California Department of Public Health, and have not had a fever or felt feverish without the use of medication in the last 72 hours prior to their visit.

For the safety of our visitors and staff, we will require that face masks be worn by all guests during your visit as you transition through the property before and after your tasting and table service. Only while you are seated for your tasting or table service will the wearing of face masks not be required. Visitors are asked to bring their own face masks. Without a face mask, we will not be able to accommodate your visit. This is for the safety of all our guests and staff.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
To assure that we provide the best possible safe and secure environment for your visit, our staff has taken the following measures:

  • All of our staff are required to wear face masks while working with guests or in close proximity to co-workers.
  • All of our staff are required to wear gloves in the recovery of our tasting locations.
  • We have rearranged our furnishings and tasting areas to assure a minimum of 6-feet of social distancing between seated tasting areas.
  • All high-contact surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized between each reservation. This includes tables, chairs, glassware, and other touch points. Disposable menus and spittoon cups will be provided for single use.
  • Common areas like restrooms, staircase railings, door handles, and other high usage areas and fixtures will be cleaned and sanitized on a continuous basis throughout the day.
  • Staff will also be screened before each shift to assure they are fit to work.

Please note that we will continue to modify our policies as the circumstances or the guidelines established by Sonoma County and the State of California change.
